Christina Shennan UKCP PGDHP PGDMBA AdvCertCBT DipFS MNRHP is a psychotherapist, supervisor and mindfulness teacher, working in the oncology field in hospice and day care settings and in Psychological Services in the NHS.  Mindfulness informs her 1:1 therapeutic work and she teaches both Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in primary care and to the general public.  She has been teaching MBCT Ca to cancer patients and carers since 2008 and co teaching on the  MBCT Ca Teacher Training Retreat with Trish Bartley, since 2013 and leads mindfulness workshops for cancer health professionals. Since 2016 she has been involved as a mindfulness teacher in the University of Oxford MYRIAD Project.
