Dr Joanne Enticott is a translational clinical research design specialist and biostatistician. Dr Enticott is the Deputy Director at Southern Synergy Department of Psychiatry at Monash University and Senior Research Fellow at the RDNS Institute, Victoria, Australia. Joanne’s research is focused on mental health epidemiology and conducting policy relevant research with an aim to create effective, equitable and affordable health services. Research to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations including refugees is her priority. Joanne is an early career researcher whose strong biostatistical skillset and policy relevant research is enhancing numerous projects within the Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences and externally including state and federal government. She is currently the Chief Biostatistician in multi-year cluster randomised clinical trial to develop and implement Recovery Oriented Practices, called PULSAR. She is a Chief Investigator of the NHMRC Partnership Project, OPTIMISE, which aims to improve primary care to refugees in Australia.
