Jody Mardula holds a M.Ed. and Dip. Supervision, and is a certified transactional analyst. Jody has been involved with CMRP from its early years, retiring from three years as Centre Director in December 2011. She has had a personal interest in meditation for over 30 years, and currently works as a teacher, trainer and supervisor in mindfulness-based approaches for CMRP. Jody’s teaching specialisms include mindfulness for people with addictions and acquired brain injury, and the use of mindfulness in counselling and private therapy. Jody’s research interests include the role of mindfulness within the therapeutic relationship, and the impact of mindfulness on psychological therapies, and she has published a number of papers and written book chapters on the subject
