Mira Cladder-Micus is a researcher at a mental health institution in the Netherlands (Pro Persona) and a PhD student at Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. She recently conducted a multicenter randomized-controlled trial on the effectiveness of MBCT for chronic, treatment resistant depression. In addition, her work focuses on possible working mechanisms of MBCT, as rumination, cognitive reactivity and cognitive biases in information processing (e.g. attentional bias, interpretation bias).
