Paula Haddock spent ten years working in International Development, before dedicating her time to teaching mindfulness. As well as training on MBI’s, she is exploring how inner practices can help to support social change work at a personal, collective and organisational level. She is one of the co-founding members of the Mindfulness and Social Change Network, which she co-ordinates along with Luke Wreford. This international network now has over 100 members including trainers, academics and activists. Paula trains at Ecodharma in Spain which works with grassroots activists across Europe. She co-delivers a one week Mindfulness and Social Change course, along with courses on collaboration and organisational development. She is a visiting fellow with the Institute of Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam, Germany. She is also an associate at INTRAC, a civil society strengthening organisation, and is a co-founding member of the Training Providers Forum, which shares best practices in training provision to the international development and humanitarian sector.
